Megan Alyssa Fletcher is a PhD student in the Communication, Rhetoric and Digital Media program as well as an instructor of Communication and Interdisciplinary studies at North Carolina State University. Originally from Massachusetts, Megan moved to Raleigh to pursue her Masters Degree in Communication Studies. Megan’s primary scholarly interests include feminist theory, intimate partner violence, social justice, and education. Megan's most recent research focuses on the use of narrative resistance as a feminist intervention in intimate partner violence. She hopes to combine all of her passions in order to become a caring and impactful educator and researcher.
